Does Nilkamal provide assembly services for the furniture?
Yes, we provide free assembly services for most of our products. Once your furniture is delivered, a technician will be assigned to visit your location within 48 to 72 hours to complete the installation.
What is the standard delivery timeline for my order?
Delivery times vary based on your location. Typically, orders are processed and delivered within 7 to 10 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email and SMS once your order is dispatched.
What kind of warranty is offered on Nilkamal products?
Most of our furniture comes with a 1-year manufacturing warranty that covers structural defects and manufacturing issues. Specific warranty periods for different categories (Plastic, Solid Wood, or Office Chairs) are mentioned on the respective product pages.
Can I return a product if it doesn't fit my space?
We offer a 7-day return policy for products that arrive damaged or defective. However, we recommend measuring your space carefully before ordering, as we do not accept returns for 'change of mind' or size mismatch once the product is unboxed.
